Chocolate Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 bananas, frozen

  • 2 Tablespoons almond milk

  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

  • 2 1/2 - 3 Tablespoons cacao powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel and chop your bananas, freeze overnight

  2. Add bananas to food processor and blend until smooth. Add in vanilla and chocolate and blend again.

  3. Eat right away, or transfer to a container and re-freeze for an hour for even more scoop ability.

  4. I like to add 6 drops of Doterra Peppermint Essential oil for a mint variation
