Chocolate Nut Cluster
INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Unsalted Mixed Nuts loosely chopped
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
1/4 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the nuts on a baking tray in preheated oven for two-minute intervals until lightly toasted set aside to cool.
2. Place chocolate and coconut oil in non stick saucepan and heat over low heat until completely melted.
3. Drizzle melted chocolate over mixed nuts. Then, sprinkle SALT over the surface of nuts and chocolate.
4. Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes to set the chocolate; remove; break into clusters.
5. Chocolate covered nuts can be stored at room temperature or refrigerated…but they won’t last long because they're delicious!
