Blueberry Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
Half a Cup of Fresh Blueberries
150ml of Almond Milk
1 Tablespoons of Shelled Hemp Seeds
1 Tablespoon of Oats
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 Teaspoon of Almond Butter or Tahini
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Powder
2 Pitted Dates
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth and top with your favourite healthy toppings.
Adjust liquid if needed for desired consistency.
