INGREDIENTS

  • 375gr Hazelnuts

  • 150ml Maple Syrup

  • 3 Tablespoons Raw Cacao Powder

  • Optional : I like to add 3 -6 drops of DoTerra Wild Orange

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C

  2. Bake the hazelnuts for about 10 minutes, then take them out of the oven and allow them to cool.

  3. Once cool, place them in a food processor and blend for about 10 minutes until they totally break down. Then add the maple syrup and cacao (and DoTerra oil if using) and blend again, before gradually pouring in 150ml water.

  4. It is important that the first three are properly mixed before you add the water though.
