Watermelon Pizza
INGREDIENTS
1 Watermelon
1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Yoghurt
1/2 Cup Strawberries, sliced in quarters
1/2 Cup Blackberries
1/2 Cup Orange Segments
1/2 Cup Blueberries
1/2 Cup Pomegranate Seeds
1/2 Cup Walnuts
VEGAN CHOCOLATE SAUCE
1/2 Cup Virgin Coconut Oil Melted
1/2 Cup Raw Organic Cocoa Powder
1/3 Cup Raw Maple Syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
Make the chocolate sauce first by melting the coconut oil if it isn’t already in a liquid state. Add in cacao powder and maple syrup and mix thoroughly. Chocolate sauce should be silky smooth and rich in colour.
Using a sharp knife, cut off a slice of the watermelon right down the middle, about 5-7cm thick. Continue cutting slices until watermelon is finished. Using a spatula, spread an even layer of your yoghurt around the watermelon leaving a bit of empty space at the top. (where your pizza crust is)
Layer your fresh fruit on top as you please.
Drizzle with chocolate sauce and enjoy
