Protein Balls
INGREDIENTS
100gr Organic Rolled Oats
50gr Ground Flaxseed or Almonds
4 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
4 Tablespoons Raw Nuts of your choice
70gr Dried berries (cranberries, goji berries or raisons)
2-3 Fresh Dates, Pitted and Chopped
115gr Almond Butter
2 Tablespoon Virgin Organic Coconut oil, melted
1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
75ml Water
4 Tablespoon Desiccated Coconut (optional) + extra to sprinkle
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all the ingredients, except the water, in a food processor and blend until a smooth mixture.
Slowly add the water to bring the mixture together and until the desired consistency is achieved. Make sure it is not to wet - you may not need all the water.
Roll into balls, sprinkle with extra coconut, if desired, and refrigerate. These can be kept in the fridge for 7 days.
