Protein Balls

INGREDIENTS

  • 100gr Organic Rolled Oats

  • 50gr Ground Flaxseed or Almonds

  • 4 Tablespoons Chia Seeds

  • 4 Tablespoons Raw Nuts of your choice

  • 70gr Dried berries (cranberries, goji berries or raisons)

  • 2-3 Fresh Dates, Pitted and Chopped

  • 115gr Almond Butter

  • 2 Tablespoon Virgin Organic Coconut oil, melted

  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

  • 75ml Water

  • 4 Tablespoon Desiccated Coconut (optional) + extra to sprinkle

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all the ingredients, except the water, in a food processor and blend until a smooth mixture.

  2. Slowly add the water to bring the mixture together and until the desired consistency is achieved. Make sure it is not to wet - you may not need all the water.

  3. Roll into balls, sprinkle with extra coconut, if desired, and refrigerate. These can be kept in the fridge for 7 days.
