Sweet Potato Fries Recipe
INGREDIENTS
3 Sweet Potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
2 Tablespoons Cold Pressed Extra Virgin olive or Coconut Oil
1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
2 Teaspoons Maple Syrup
Himalayan Salt and Ground Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 200C
Line a large baking tray with baking paper. In a big bowl combine the sweet potato with the oil, cinnamon, paprika, maple syrup, salt and pepper, tossing well to coat. Arrange the sweet potato wedges in a single layer on the tray and bake for 40 minutes or until golden and tender. Sometimes I leave mine in for a little bit longer to make them a bit crunchy and chew on the ends.
