Spicy Roasted Chickpeas

INGREDIENTS

  • 410gr Can Chickpeas, drained

  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika

  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin

  • 2 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper

  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

  • Juice of 1 Lemon

  • Salt and Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 200C

  2. Mix the paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, maple syrup, olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper in small mixing bowl.

  3. Add chickpeas to the mixture stirring well to ensure that everything is evenly coated.

  4. Bake for 45 min, until chickpeas are nice and crunchy.
