Strawberry Smoothie Bowl
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 1/2 Cups Frozen Strawberries
1 Frozen Banana
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
TO SERVE
Fresh Strawberries, sliced
Fresh Banana, sliced
Chia seeds
Oats
Desiccated Coconut
INSTRUCTIONS
Add coconut milk, berries, banana and chia seeds to a high-powered blender.
Blend on high until smooth
Dish into a bowl and top with sliced strawberries and banana, chia seeds, oats and desiccated coconut
