INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk

  • 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Strawberries

  • 1 Frozen Banana

  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds

TO SERVE

  • Fresh Strawberries, sliced

  • Fresh Banana, sliced

  • Chia seeds

  • Oats

  • Desiccated Coconut

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add coconut milk, berries, banana and chia seeds to a high-powered blender.

  2. Blend on high until smooth

  3. Dish into a bowl and top with sliced strawberries and banana, chia seeds, oats and desiccated coconut
