INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Cups of Baby Spinach

  • 10 Cherry Tomatoes, sliced in half

  • 1/2 Cucumber, diced

  • 1 Avocado, sliced

  • 1 Cup Berries (Blueberries, Strawberries, Blackberries, Raspberries)

  • 1 Onion diced

  • 3 Tablespoons Nuts (Macadamia, Walnuts, Almonds)

  • 2 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds

DRESSING

  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil

  • 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

  • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all the dressing ingredients in a large salad bowl. Add all remaining ingredients to bowl and toss to combine.
