Delicious Superfood Salad
INGREDIENTS
4 Cups of Baby Spinach
10 Cherry Tomatoes, sliced in half
1/2 Cucumber, diced
1 Avocado, sliced
1 Cup Berries (Blueberries, Strawberries, Blackberries, Raspberries)
1 Onion diced
3 Tablespoons Nuts (Macadamia, Walnuts, Almonds)
2 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds
DRESSING
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all the dressing ingredients in a large salad bowl. Add all remaining ingredients to bowl and toss to combine.
